Phase I: Day 1 and Early Transition
During this phase, the focus is on preparation, communication, and continuity of care.
Employment Offers
Employment offers were emailed to employees by February 3, 2026. Employees who accepted their employment offer are completing the necessary onboarding process.

Please see the Benefits page for key benefits dates and information. UCHCN employees are now automatically enrolled in benefits, if you were previously enrolled.
Retirement and 401(k)
You may initiate a rollover of your PMH 401(k) plan assets to the UCHCN 401(k) plan by contacting Principal at 800-547-7754 or by following the instructions linked here.
Onboarding
Your I-9 form completion was required for Day 1. HR will reach out to those on leave.

Badge Branding
If you have not received your new badge slick, please visit the Security Office during the day shifts.

This phase focuses on onboarding, alignment, and support.
Training and Onboarding
Please complete any outstanding required trainings in HealthStream.
Any additional onboarding steps or training needs will be shared, along with clear instructions and advance notice.
Payroll and Employment Documentation
Payroll is not changing for Day 1. Details related to any future payroll setup and employment documentation will be communicated, including guidance on when action is needed.
Badging and Access
Any updates or additional information about badges, facility access, and identification will be shared as applicable.
Systems and Application Access
Information about updates or changes to systems and applications will be provided in phases. Instructions and communications will be shared when applicable.
Staffing and Recruiting Support
Plans to address new roles, backfills, and staffing needs will be communicated as they are finalized.
