Employees who have signed their offer letters have been asked to complete onboarding items including:
- Background Check
- Employee
- Health Screening
Employment offer letters were emailed to Waterbury HEALTH employees by February 3, 2026, from UConn Health Community Network (UCHCN), which includes UConn Health Waterbury Hospital and its affiliates.
Employees who accepted their employment offer will receive instructions to begin the necessary onboarding process.
Employment offer letters are being emailed to Waterbury HEALTH employees between January 30, 2026, and end-of-day February 3, 2026, from UConn Health Community Network (UCHCN), which includes UConn Health Waterbury Hospital and its affiliates.
Offer letters are being emailed via Docusign on behalf of Lakeesha Brown.
You and your colleagues may receive your offer letters at different times within this period. This is to be expected.
Please complete the actions outlined in the Docusign letter no later than February 4, 2026, if you intend to accept the offer of employment.
If you choose not to accept the offer, please notify HR by emailing WTBYHRConnection@wtbyhosp.org no later than February 4, 2026.
