Phase I: Now Through Day 1
During this phase, the focus is on preparation, communication, and continuity of care.
Employment Offers
Employment offers were emailed to Waterbury HEALTH employees by February 3, 2026. Employees who accepted their employment offer will receive instructions to begin the necessary onboarding process.
Benefits Information
Information about benefits and enrollment will be shared as soon as possible. Enrollment steps and timing will be provided once finalized. We will offer the same base salary or hourly rate and substantially similar benefits to what you received in December 2025.
Retirement and 401(k)
Details related to retirement plans and 401(k) options will be shared as part of the transition. Guidance will be provided before any action is required.
Communication and Support
Employees should continue to monitor official communications and this site for updates. No action is required unless specifically communicated.
Phase II: First 100 Days
This phase focuses on onboarding, alignment, and support.
Onboarding and Required Training
Information about onboarding steps and any required training will be shared, along with clear instructions and advance notice.
Payroll and Employment Documentation
Details related to payroll setup and employment documentation will be communicated, including guidance on when action is needed.
Badging and Access
Information about badges, facility access, and identification will be shared as processes are finalized.
Systems and Application Access
Access to systems and applications will be provided in phases. Instructions will be shared as access becomes available.
Staffing and Recruiting Support
Plans to address new roles, backfills, and staffing needs will be communicated as they are finalized.
